TERMS
The terms and conditions are simple:
You can link to our pages in any way you choose. However we do NOT allow spamming of newsgroups, emailing etc. We no longer permit any affiliate to market our sites through any form of email. This is an affiliate program so whenever we are paid for a membership you are also paid.
You are paid by CCbill weekly. Each payout date covers the 1-week billing period that ended approximately 2-4 weeks prior. By signing up through ccbill you accept that all payments will come from ccbill only and no other party shall be liable in any way for non payment by ccbill, this includes Sex Ed Cash. You will be paid by ccbill, using US Mail. * If your commissions do not reach $25 in any pay period the total is carried forward until you have earned $25 in total then ccbill sends your check. Payout percentages (60-65%) are gross,this affiliate program includes splitting of the ccbill processing charge from gross affiliate payments, so net payout will be gross % minus half the ccbill processing fee for the referred transaction.
As an affiliate you are also responsible for your portion of refund/chargebacks that your referrals may generate, these amounts should they occur will be taken off your running total. In no way does this agreement constitute any kind of partnership in any form. All traffic from a affiliates must arrive from an acceptable host that does permit adult content.
All affiliates are resposible for using any images or banners found on our site, we accept no liability and make no warranty. Affiliates must make there own decisions regarding using banners with simulated sexual positions in regards to laws. Our html and sites graphics may not be used except when permission isrequested and given other than those graphics listed on our links page. Hot linking/leaching of banners from our server is not permitted, if an affilaite chooses to use banners then banners must be hosted from affiliates own hosting account.
Sites promoting child pornography, bestiality, password selling/ trading or any illegal sites will not be welcome in any of our programs and can expect to be terminated with no pay if they join.
Any affiliate found in breach of any of our terms and conditions outlined in this page and our FAQ can be removed from our affiliate program and will forfeit all payments owing. Sex Ed Cash reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at anytime for any reason listed or not listed in these terms. All decisions are made by Sex Ed Cash only and are final. By joining our affiliate program you are stating you fully understand and agree to these conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, any changes are deemed enforceable immediately after being posted on this or any other page one www.sexedcash.com.
